The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good variety. The hotel is within a few minutes walking distance from local shops and massage parlours. Please note that the hotel is at leasy an hour away from Chiang Rai town centre. However, it is a very tranquil and quiet setting and the views from the hotel are absolutely magnificent. There are hardly any restaurants in the area for dinner. However, the hotel offers a wide variety of meals for dinner which is good value for money. For those of you who want a good massage service, I highly recommend the massage parlour just outside the hotel (its a minutes walk down the hill from the hotel).
