"Zenith has perfect location but keeping in view their charges,the facilitties provided at their rooms does not match. For example they provided us a old 21 inch tv & there is no wifi in the room. "Will not stay here again." | Booking service using Web Sawadee was flawless and had no trouble. Once you get your reservation confirmation mail you can take that mail straight to the hotel and they will have the details with them. You might face some trouble if you try to confirm the reservation with the hotel and if only language you can opt for is english ( not thai). Thais love their own language and are not so fluent in English. You need to speak slowly and on many occasions break the sentence into word fragments to make them understand. "The hotel made my honeymoon stay awesome as I got an auto upgrade to the Executive Lounge because the hotel was overbooked the day I came. The lounge was on the 23rd floor and a corner room with a magnificent city view, nice dining hall , drawing room. All the rooms were very spacious and service wa s prompt. "Location is good. Pretty near to BTS. Hotel wise, room smells of stale cigarettes, decor is old. Hot water in shower is not exactly hot, water pressure is too low.Room safe wasn t working. Complained for the 3 nights I stayed there but nobody turn up to fix it even till the day I checked out.Breakfast is normal 3 star standards. "Booked a deluxe room but did not recieve one. Front desk said I could change rooms at 1 pm and then at 1 said they were booked full. Changed rooms the next day and for nothing as the deluxe and standard rooms are exactly the same except deluxe has a better view of the parking lot and a keycard access.Thai staff helpful and Phillipine staff snotty and lazy. "Very nice hotel. Pool a little small but on the whole a quality hotel. The room is hi-tech with a 42 screen.
